Ordering Offline

You can place your order online via the Smarty Pants Store. You can also place your order offline by phone at (831) 476-9327. If you’d like to fax your order, just print out your shopping basket and completed checkout pages from our website. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone, along with the size selections. Fax it to us at (831) 476-9347, or mail it to us at:

Please include your credit card number with expiration date.

If you would like to pay by personal check, we’re happy to take your order information over the phone and ship as soon as we receive your check in the mail.

All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation) and should be received within 2-5 business days in the U.S.

 *Please note that your hip measurements are a more accurate indicator than your waist measurements in determining the correct size of Smarty Pants.
