Ordering and Payment

1. You can place your order online via the Smarty Pants Store.
2. You can also place your order by phone at (831) 476-9327.
3. If you’d like to fax or mail your order, just print out your shopping basket and completed checkout pages from our website. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone, along with the size selections. Fax it to us at (831) 476-9347, or mail it to us at: Smarty Pants, 2710 Lafayette St., Soquel, CA 95073. Please include your credit card number with expiration date.

If you would like to pay by personal check, we’re happy to take all of your order info. over the phone and put your order on hold until we receive your check in the mail.

Shipping and Delivery

We try to ship everything within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.

All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation) and should be received within 2-5 business days in the U.S.
